The top five auctions across the United States to sell your coin collection.
HOUSTON — A real-life treasure hunt is underway in Houston! U.S. Coins and Jewelry has teamed up with Find the Cash Houston to hide four rare and very valuable coins around the city and yes if you find one you get to keep it.

“A lot of times when coins come to us, they come to us from a lot of different places, and a lot of times it's a scavenger hunt,” said Kenny Duncan Jr. Owner of U.S Coins and Jewelry

.The treasure hunt for the four gold coins hidden in Houston by U.S. Coins & Jewelry has begun, and some coins have already been found. The hunt is part of National Coin Week and is a collaboration with Find the Cash Houston. Clues are being released daily on Instagram through @uscoinsandjewelry and @findthecashhouston, and the first person to solve each clue and find a coin gets to keep it.

Here's a breakdown:

The Prize: Four rare, vintage coins with a total value exceeding $10,000 are hidden.

The Clues: Daily clues are released on social media (Instagram).

The Hunt: The hunt started on April 21st and continues throughout the week.

The Goal: The goal is to find the coins, which are yours to keep or cash in for their current market value.

The Motivation: The company wants to educate people about coin collecting and make it a fun, engaging activity.

According to the company, winners can either keep the coins as a piece of history or exchange them for their current market value at the store, according to U.S. Coins & Jewelry.
